Keybloom is made by Tiny World Tech. Ordinary piano practice does not require an account. Practice records stay on your device. Optional Apple services and online music features process the information described below. This policy also covers features prepared for upcoming releases; availability depends on your app version.
Practice, preferences and reminders
Lesson progress, favorites, recent pieces, daily goals, learning-path progress, settings, saved links and recordings are stored locally. Your device backup settings may include this data in a backup. Practice reminders use local notifications only, with your permission; their schedule is not sent to our server. Usage experiments and practice insights currently stay on the device; no third-party analytics SDK is enabled.
Purchases and Game Center
Apple processes optional purchases and Keybloom verifies Apple-signed purchase information to unlock Pro. We do not receive card details. If you connect to Game Center and start a ranked round, its score is sent to Apple under your player profile. Profile and rankings may be visible according to your Apple settings. Pending scores and their player identifiers may be kept on this device for retry. You can stop future sharing in the app; Apple manages scores already submitted and your purchase history.
Recordings and exports
Recording captures piano note events inside Keybloom, not microphone audio. You choose whether and where to share exported audio. The receiving service’s privacy practices apply. Deleting a recording in Keybloom does not delete copies you have already exported.
Optional YouTube search
When you submit a search, your query, market and pagination token go through our Cloudflare-hosted search service to the YouTube Data API. We do not send requests as you type. Results may be cached in server memory for up to five minutes. We do not intentionally log or persist search queries, result lists or raw IP addresses in our application. The server processes your network address to prevent abuse, using a daily rotating hash for temporary rate limits; only aggregate daily request counts are stored durably. Cloudflare may process network and security metadata to deliver and protect the service. Provider thumbnails load directly from Google, which receives network information. Searches and provider links are not included in usage analytics.
YouTube video practice and external services
Opening video practice loads the official YouTube embedded player. Google receives network information, the video identifier and the app identifier; the player may use cookies, show ads or ask for consent under Google’s policies. Keybloom uses a temporary web session and does not download, transcribe or record video. Video practice is manual and is not automatically scored. Saved references are links and names on your device. Clipboard text is read only when you choose Paste. Spotify links open Spotify’s app or website; Spotify API search is not currently enabled. External services may process data under their own policies.
Website and support
This website does not add analytics, advertising trackers, embedded videos or a contact-form database. Cloudflare processes technical request information required for hosting and security. If you email support@tinyworld.tech, we use your message and contact details to answer your request, not for marketing. We retain correspondence only as needed for support and necessary records; contact us to request deletion.
Your choices
You can delete saved references and recordings, turn reminders off in the app or iOS Settings, and choose not to open online features or connect Game Center. Removing the app removes its local data; manage device backups and exported copies separately. You may contact support to ask about data you have sent us. We do not sell personal information or request an advertising identifier. Keybloom currently contains no advertising SDK; an external YouTube player may show YouTube advertising.
